Spring Break

Over Spring Break the kids and I went to visit Nana and Mimi. Here are some pictures of the week.

Graham had his first popsicle at Nana's house. He really liked it and didn't get too messy.

Nana took Caroline shopping. She picked out a pick cardigan and matching headband and bracelet. I am now having to wash that silly cardigan every couple of days. She wants to wear it all the time.
Graham learned how to use the headphones during this trip. I knew it was going to be a long trip and I get pretty tired listening to the Disney movies coming from the backseat.

The kids are playing at Chuck E Cheese here. Caroline really had a good time here. Graham just liked running around and watching everyone else.

Graham is hanging out with his Aunt Beka....

Caroline got her hair cut off! She had started wanting to wear it down all the time and it was so long. So, I cut it one night. She loves it!

Mimi had pots of dirt ready for Graham to dig in. He loved it! He had to go straight to the bath every time he played out here.

Caroline wanted to show off some of her softball skills while we were there. I am so proud of her. She has been doing really good at it! I can't wait until her first game!

I'm a Real Boy!

Graham got his hair cut a few days ago. I hated to get it cut but the front was down in his eyes! He was perfect while getting it done. He sat in my lap and when the lady started he just froze. When she asked him if he could look down at his tummy he did! And he didn't look back up until she told him to!

He looks sooo much older now. The baby look is gone....he looks like a real little boy.

Trip to the Zoo

First zoo trip of the year. We decided to get a season pas this year so I can take the kids whenever I want. We all get in free plus one guest each time. I figure that will come in handy when Mimi and Nana visits. When we got there we were so glad we had decided to buy that pass. The regular line had hundreds of people in it. I'm not exaggerating. The line for season passes had less than ten people waiting. I think if we would have had to stand in the other line we would have turned around and gone home!

Graham really liked the fish. Really? We have pond at home with tons of fish and this is what catches his interest at the zoo?

I expected Graham to be really excited the whole time. He loves animals! I don't think he smiled once. He just stared with big eyes at everything. Maybe next time he won't be so surprised at everything and he will be able to smile and laugh at the animals.

Caroline had on a white cardigan over her dress most the day. She started to complain that she was getting hot so we told her to take off the cardigan. She refused. Said that it was prettier that way. She was driving us crazy complaining about the heat and not taking off that silly cardigan. We finally made her take it off and she covered up the top of her dress with her arms the rest of the time. She is nuts!

We had a good time today. I think I will try to stick to the weekdays for a while. Maybe it won't be as crowded!

Graham and Little Kitty

I let the little come in the house the other day. He has never come in before and I only let him stay for like 10 minutes. Graham loved it! He followed the kitty everywhere! The kitty is really good about letting Graham play with him.

Graham wanted to feed him a leaf.

I think Little Kitty has a new friend!
