Natalie's Birthday Party!

This weekend was Natalie's birthday! Christie had a hotel room ready for Natalie and nine of her friends to party in! The kids went along for part of it. Caroline had good time getting to swim at the indoor pool and hanging out with big girls. Of course she thought she should get to stay the night because she is "big" too!

Here is Natalie and Graham.

Laura and Graham are just chillin'
Christie is working hard to get the hotel room ready for Natalie's party!
I think all the kids in our family look alike!
They have that "Bridges Look"!

Graham' Hat

It was finally nice enough to play outside yesterday! I can't wait for warm weather so that we can do this more often. I think we are all getting cabin fever. The wind was still blowing pretty hard so I put a little hat on Graham. He just looked so cute that I had to go back in and get my camera!

Funny Girl

Caroline is really interested in baby dolls lately. She likes to play "mommie" all the time. She tries to imitate everything I do with Graham. She would love to hold him but he is already too big! She has decided that she wants me to have a girl baby so that she can take care it. I don't know what she thinks is going to be different? Anyway she talks about having a baby girl all the time now. The other day I told her that when we have a another baby is could be a boy or a girl....we don't get to choose. She then asked...."well who gets to choose?" I told her God would give us whatever he wanted us to have and we would be happy. She thought about that for for a minute before asking....."Mom, will you call God on the cell phone and ask him to please give us a baby girl."

Valentine's Day!!!

Valentines day at my house was a much bigger deal year. Caroline had to have valentines for all of her classmates at preschool. So......I set out to Hobby Lobby and got all kinds of stuff for her to make the valentines with. It took her three days to make all 2o of them. I think they turned out great! She was very proud of them.
When I picked her up from school on Friday she told me her valentines were different from everyone in her class. I looked at the valentine she received and they were all just the kind from a box, very small. I'm sure her teacher thought we were crazy. Caroline's valentines were huge! I was worried that she was upset because hers were different but then she said hers were the prettiest of all. I guess she didn't mind being different!

Graham watched as she made her valentines. He was very helpful.

Here is Graham in his valentine clothes.

This picture doesn't really fit with rest. We went to Megan's to exchange valentines with caroline's friend, Jack. We took the kids to Chick-fil-A to play. Caroline made it all the way to the top of the jungle gym. She has always been scared to do that and is very proud of herself now!
Caroline is in her Valentine's Day clothes for her school party.
When Ben got home from work on Friday he came with gifts. Caroline loved her balloon!
Here are the valentines on Sunday morning.

That afternoon we made chocolate covered strawberries.

This is after supper on v-day. Graham is a TV watcher! They like to sit on my bed and watch Graham's "baby movie" while I do laundry. He is really zoned in!

Overall we had a great weekend! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
