Lots of Firsts!

The Britt family invited us to the lake this week. We had a great time! We stayed in a cute little cabin on Lake Greeson. Caroline learned how to tube for the first time. She was so proud of herself. She also got over her fear of the deep water. She really liked to take "dips" in the lake when the boat was stopped. Graham also learned some things this trip. He really crawled for the first time. He also learned how to pull up to standing. Needless to say, this was an exciting week for my kiddos.


Graham did not like the life jacket during the first ride. He finally feel asleep after crying it out.

These are the Britt kids, Phillip and Laura. Graham loved Phillip! It was so funny. Graham would start grinning every time Phillip looked in his direction.

They have this contraption called an Air Chair. Laura is sitting on the chair part and it connected to wake board. There is some kind of a pole going through this and they lift higher in the air.

Pretty cool, huh?

Graham woke up in a much better mood!

Last year Caroline wouldn't let the tube float her. Now she is not afraid of the water so much.

Graham at 8 Months

Here are some highlights of Graham's life at 8 months.

* He loves his mommy! Definitely a momma's boy.
* He is really close to crawling. He scoots everywhere.
* Can get to sitting position from laying down.
* Loves to yell
* Plays with his sister all the time
* Likes to swing outside
* Laughs out loud when his daddy tickles him
* He loves to eat and puts everything in his mouth.
* Has two sweet little bottom teeth
* Always sleeps through the night and likes his blankie lovie
* He still doesn't say mama but instead says dada and byebye.
*Gets into everything! Definitely a little boy!










Poor Graham. Caroline has been asking when she can start dressing him up. She puts this headband on him and pretends she is the "mommy". Then she calls him Mary. I have to admit, it's pretty funny to watch.

Oh, I almost forgot. Do you want to know what my three year old was doing the other day? I turn around and she has two separate easter egg pieces under her shirt making fake boobies. How does she know how to do this?! I remember doing stuff like that as a kid but I was much old before that thought occurred. I have a feeling she is going to be a handful when she is a teenager.

A Park in Damascus???

We discovered a park in Damascus! It is actually just right above the farm. It is pretty small but better than having to drive all the way to Conway to play.

Our Day!

This post shows pictures of us "out and about" today. First I watched Megan's boys while she wen to the hospital to get some blood work done. She just found out that she is preggo again! After we left there we went to pick up Caroline. It was her last day of school! Next year she will attend a 4 year old preschool every day. She is getting so grown up. After picking up Caroline we went grocery shopping and then home!

We are in Wal-Mart getting groceries for the week. Caroline never wanted in the buggy until Graham began to get ride in it. Now they both ride.
This is a random picture in the house. This foot stool thing rotates between sitting in front of the fireplace and sitting in front of the TV stand. Graham likes to pull everything everything off the shelves. He is into everything now! Caroline just never really got into things like that. She was an angel baby. Graham picks up everything and puts it all in his mouth!
