I am determined to put up enough fresh veggies to last this winter. I love veggies and there is nothing better than getting them fresh and ready to go. I have put up sweet corn, peas, and squash so far. I think I have enough of those to last about halfway through right now. I will work on it again next week but I really had to stop and get my kitchen back in order for now.
Caroline helped get the "hair" off the corn.
This is just a small amount of the veggies that we had to get ready.

This is my deep freeze. There is still plenty of space to fill!
