CHRISTMAS!!!

This year we had Christmas at the farm.  My family and the Phelans came on Christmas Eve.  I cooked a big Christmas dinner for everyone.  We decided we were all a bit tired of the traditional fare so I went with something different.  My combination of food was completely crazy, but since I'm preggo I decided it didn't matter!  I cooked white chicken enchiladas, homemade salsa, homemade lasagna, chicken pasta, green bean bundles, pecan pies, chocolate chip cookies, and oreo balls.  For Christmas breakfast I made a breakfast sausage casserole and a bacon and swiss quiche.

The kids had a great time getting play with everyone!

Graham and Matthew playing baseball.....in the house.

Graham is watching out the window for Santa and the reindeer!  He was really excited this year.  I think he understood what was going on a little better.  He kept talking about Santa coming down in the fire place!

Caroline and her buddy, Natalie.

We all watched Home Alone before bedtime

Santa Piles....I think I went overboard!

Here are the kids on Christmas morning, seeing their Santa goodies.

 Graham's new scooter from Nana.

Caroline got lots of new books for Christmas.  I am so proud of her!  She is already in the second grade level reading groups!  I think she is going to be a reader like me!

I think Graham's tool bench was his favorite Christmas item.

Mimi drove down on Christmas morning.  She has never been with the kids on Christmas day.  She was very excited and the kids loved showing her all their stuff.

The kids in some of their Christmas outfits....

I can't remember any Christmas that was this white!  It was sooo much fun!  Ben pulled the kids behind the four wheeler on the sleds.  They played for hours in the snow!  Mimi, Nana, and Aunt Christie got to see all their fun!  The farm was so pretty!

Sambo liked playing in the snow too!
